Assessment profiles are licensed for the participant's and the practice's internal development use. They may not be resold, republished, distributed outside the practice, used for employment screening or selection unless expressly permitted by the instrument's provider, or used in a manner inconsistent with the provider's terms.
Assessment instruments describe behavioral preferences and tendencies. They are not clinical, psychological, or diagnostic instruments, are not measures of ability or competence, and should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, compensation, or termination decisions.
